The Humblebees Foundation is a small Haarlem foundation that is committed to children, young people and young adults with a (mild) intellectual disability. Every weekend we organize overnight stays full of fun activities for our participants and volunteers. We are looking for someone who would like to help us set up a social media campaign. Someone who is good at making fun posts about our weekends and can help us attract volunteers and donations. Are you a marketing or social media expert and do you have a few hours to spare? Stichting Humblebees is a young organization that is committed to children, young people and young adults with a disability and their families. We do this by organizing fully catered weekend stays at Center Parcs in Zandvoort 45 times a year with the most adventurous and diverse activities. We are looking for spontaneous, enthusiastic and fun people who want to guide the participants in their daily routine and of course during one of our many excursions and activities. The weekends take place at Zandvoort from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening and are fully catered. Accommodation, food, drinks, participation in all activities and travel expenses are included. As a volunteer, you will be managed by the coordinating supervisor of the weekend and you will work closely with interns and other volunteers to make it a great weekend for everyone! Are you excited? For anyone who wants to use their listening and writing skills to support parents and families affected by the benefits scandal in their recovery! For years, parents have been wrongly accused by the Tax Authorities as fraudsters, with unprecedented emotional, relational and financial consequences. Unfortunately, there are tens of thousands of families who suffer from the consequences of the benefits scandal and they are still waiting for recovery. As a volunteer of the (Equal) Worthy Recovery Foundation, you can provide direct support and make a difference for a family. This is what you do as a Listening Writer The recovery route focuses on the parent's own story, the Factual Account. To get this on paper, the parents (the Storytellers) are supported by a Listening Writer: a volunteer from society who listens without judgement and writes down the parent's Factual Account. The Factual Account consists of 3 parts for the parent: who were you before all the misery started, where are you now and where do you want to go? Once the Fact Report is on paper, the parent can choose to have it calculated. In this way, as a volunteer, you make an important contribution to the emotional and financial recovery of the parent. This is you as a Listening Writer Perhaps you have been following the news for years, the benefits affair affects you, you feel the urgency, and you want to do something concrete. By helping out, you are in fact saying to the people involved: I see and believe you. It is precisely this equality that motivates you to use your time and skills. As a person, you easily, equally and respectfully connect. You are open and curious about the person involved. You can listen deeply, unbiased and without (pre)judgments. You dare to ask questions and know how to create a safe environment. In addition, you are a fellow resident of the Netherlands. We advise you to register from the age of 21, because impactful events are discussed during the conversation. Some life experience is required to deal with this well. It is necessary to have a laptop and/or tablet in combination with a smartphone. Some IT skills are also useful: both the Storyteller and Listening Writer work in our online Portal. As a Listening Writer, you will participate in a digital Start Meeting (1 hour), so that you can learn more about the role of Listening Writer and get off to a good start. Experience shows that being a Listening Writer requires an average of between 10 and 15 hours. This can vary, because the parent is in charge of the process and determines the speed. Register now! Trainers Heroine North Holland North

Do you want to contribute to the self-confidence of women, so that they can and dare to take control in an emergency situation? Do you have experience or affinity with giving training or do you easily stand in front of a group? Are you a strong communicator? Then apply now to the Red Cross North Holland North for the position: Trainers Heldin (volunteer) What is Heldin? Heldin is a course for women who find it difficult to act in emergency situations. During the course, the participants not only work very specifically on their first aid knowledge, but also on self-confidence, decisiveness and effective communication. Through Heldin, the women learn to cope in various, challenging situations and therefore feel more confident about their own abilities. As a result, they not only know what to do in an emergency, but they also dare to act and remain calm. Priority is given to women with a low income who cannot afford a private course themselves. Heldin consists of individual introductory meetings and seven meetings of 2.5 hours, all of which are provided by two volunteer Heldin trainers. We organize this in collaboration with schools, community centers and other social organizations. We are currently looking for trainers to give these courses! About what this brings you The Red Cross offers various training courses, namely: a first aid course, an introductory course Heldin, a training in didactic skills and an intercultural communication training. • Intervision with the other trainers for knowledge exchange. • You are involved in a social project that matters and can make a direct difference for the women in the course. • You can build a network with our partners in the social field and with the other trainers. • You will receive a volunteer agreement and travel expenses. We, the Red Cross group Goedvoorbereid Noord-Holland Noord are looking for enthusiastic volunteers who want to convey the importance of safety and the basics of first aid to children in primary schools. We are looking for volunteers for our four locations: West Friesland (Hoorn and surroundings), Zaanstreek-Waterland (Purmerend and surroundings), Noord-Kennemerland (Alkmaar and surroundings) and Noordkop (Schagen, Den Helder and surroundings). Together we can create a world in which everyone, regardless of their age, can act in emergency situations and save lives. The impact of your contribution is invaluable. By making children aware of risks and giving them the tools to take action, you give them the confidence and skills to save lives. Who knows, maybe you will be the reason why a child knows what to do at a crucial moment! What will you do? -With interactive lessons and engaging activities, you teach children about first aid basics such as providing first aid for minor injuries and recognizing emergency situations. You also share valuable insights about prevention and safe action in different situations. -You are part of the Well-prepared team and you provide at least 6 guest lessons per year. The lessons take place during school hours and last a maximum of 90 minutes per lesson. All lessons are given at primary schools to groups 5 to 8. We have already created the lessons for you and are available online. You will therefore use a script during a guest lesson. First Aiders/Emergency Medical Officers

Do you keep a cool head? Do you take action when someone needs immediate help? Then register with us as a volunteer. The Dutch Red Cross is there for people in need. Both around the corner and far away. We help from our hearts and with our sleeves rolled up. So that no one is alone in times of need. At very large and smaller events, the Red Cross offers first aid with our own trained first aiders. We need many volunteers for this. People who are ready to help others, are not afraid to act in an emergency situation and who enjoy manning the first aid posts at events. Are you the (future) first aid worker we are looking for? We would like to meet you! First Aiders / First Aiders (volunteer) What will you do? A faint, a concussion, a hemorrhage or alcohol poisoning. You encounter all kinds of things during an event. As a Red Cross first aid worker, you are trained for unexpected situations. Is someone injured? You keep a cool head and take responsibility. During various events in the Noord-Holland Noord district, you and your team are ready. The visitors have a great day and so do you. Volunteer Prevention

The Red Cross organizes meetings to prepare people for small and large emergencies such as fire, evacuation, falls, burglary and internet fraud. We are looking for volunteers for this position for the four locations in West-Friesland (Hoorn and surroundings), Noord-Kennemerland (Alkmaar and surroundings), Zaanstreek-Waterland (Purmerend and surroundings) and Noordkop (Schagen, Den Helder and surroundings). In a light-hearted atmosphere, various emergency situations are discussed and you provide useful tips to ensure our safety together. The impact of your contribution is invaluable. By making them aware of risks and giving them the tools to take action, you give them a new perspective on the daily risks and the confidence to deal with them. You could be the reason why someone doesn't fall over that blanket or fall for an internet chatter. What will you do? - You are part of the Well Prepared team and you provide at least 6 meetings per year. These are at various organizations such as local Welfare, KBOs or Women of Now. The meetings are usually in the afternoon and sometimes in the evening. They last a maximum of 2 hours. - We have already prepared the information or bingo and it is presented via a simple PowerPoint. So you use a script during the information.
