OUR ANIMALS ARE LOOKING FOR COLLECTERS! Will you come and help us? This year, the collection week is from December 15 to 21. As a collector, you will walk along the houses in a neighborhood of your choice during the collection week. At the end of this week, you return the collection box to the neighborhood head. That's it! To make it even more fun, many of our collectors walk together, so ask if someone wants to walk with you! Due to the enormous increase in the costs of animal feed, medicine, personnel, energy, etc., our collection is even more necessary this year than in previous years, so we really need your help! Interested or have questions? Then respond to this call. You will then be contacted within a few days to quickly close everything. Thanks in advance for your help!

The secretary has a central role in managing the administrative and organizational tasks of the regional board. The most important responsibilities are: - Organizing meetings (in consultation) and taking minutes: preparing the agenda and keeping the minutes. The regional board has a meeting once a quarter and a regional meeting with the representatives of the departments once a quarter. - Managing correspondence: handling incoming and outgoing communication. - Forwarding relevant e-mails to the other board members. - Archiving documents: keeping important documents such as minutes, reports and correspondence. - Provide support within the regional board: assist in the organization of events and activities and perform other administrative tasks. De Zonnebloem is working on the future-proofing of the departments, for which De Zonnebloem works with a multi-year plan. The regional board helps the departments with this. For example, we have a policy meeting once or twice a year and there are several theme meetings. The secretary is also involved in this. Since this position is voluntary, enthusiasm and commitment to the mission of De Zonnebloem are often at least as important as specific experience. Fulfilling this role offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to the community and the well-being of people with a physical disability. It is also an opportunity to develop new skills and work together with dedicated volunteers. Board members can declare their expenses. Does the position of secretary appeal to you? We look forward to welcoming you!
